The project was dealing with the exchange of practices between the Inner-karst region (Slovenia) and the Prijedor Municipality (Bosnia and Herzegovina). The primary goal of the exchange was to transfer the practice of the Regional Scholarship Scheme from the Inner-karst region to Prijedor, which was done through a series of activities:

• good practices views,
• assistance with strategic documents
• development, preparation of operational plan for the transfer and
• assistance with implementation of the latter.
