The project was financed within the INTERREG IIA Community Initiative. The objective of the project was to establish an organizational structure for cross-border co-operation and to strengthen the human resources potential.

One of the more important project activities was also the organization of education and training of personnel for the creation of joint projects. 139 participants attended the workshops (various institutions, schools and companies) and 34 persons participated in education and training (from support institutions, NGOs, student communities).
