InnoLivingLab4SV aims to empower startup villages in peripheral and rural regions of Central Europe by establishing innovation living labs as hubs for sustainable entrepreneurship and technological transformation. Focused on the Green Karst and Baldo Lessinia regions, the project addresses key challenges such as economic stagnation, digital exclusion, and limited support for innovation-driven enterprises.

The two regions are connected by being rural and mountainous areas, which face similar
challenges (especially in lack of innovation of SMEs and small number of new business and product ideas. There are also some differences between two lagging areas, mostly emerging from proximity of the larger cities and access to support to the serveises. These characteristic will give us a good benchmark for joint solution how to prepare and carry out successful LIving labs in these types of environment.
